Creating Backgrounds with textures from lordofdesign.com and Alf’s Power Toys > Mirror Offset

 

 

Textures can be downloaded from:

http://lordofdesign.com/nice-fantasy-textures/

Alfs Power Toys can be downloaded from:

http://www.theblackcell.com/Filters/AlfsPowerToys.zip

Resize the texture images to 100px x 100px or crop a part of the image and resize

Apply Alfs Power Toys > Mirror Offset with the below settings
