This is a stand alone program and fun to use might be why I created eight pages of backgrounds rather then just the normal four!
Create a gif image in photoshop or elements 100 x 100
Open Filter Forge
Apply the below settings make sure under the settings tab you check seamless tile
(Note: Use the next variant button for some cool effects)
