Download the filter ICOFormat to convert to ICO from the following location https://realfavicongenerator.net/
Save Favicon.ico to your public_html folder
Add the following links to your index.html page in the <head> tag <Link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”favicon.ico”> <link rel=”icon” type=”image/ico” href=”favicon.ico”>
You can find some Favicon here:
http://www.theblackcell.com/Favicon/Favicon.html or you can shrink your logo to 16 x 16 or whatever image you are using and save as using the file name favicon.ico. When you go to save make sure you choose (ICO) from the pulldown menu.
