Download Materials – Glitter Texture | Font – Riot Squad | Make today awesome png file
First type the text you want to use for the clipping mask I’m going to use the one below.
Next pick a image you want to clip and open it in PSE, I used the texture below.
Select the complete text with the selection tool copy and paste it on top of the text.
Next CTRL G and watch the magic happen.
You can save it in any format I used JPG for display.
