Animating Witches Brew in Photoshop Elements
Tools Needed:
Photoshop Elements
Alien Skin Eyecandy Nature Smoke I have V5

First you need to select the rim of the pot with the Elliptical Marquee Tool
After you selected open Filter Alien Skin EyeCandy 5 Nature Smoke
You can download the preset or you the below settings.

You need to do four frames so you need to repeat this process four times.
Step Back and hit undo till you are back at the circle selection and open Eyecandy Nature Smoke and hit random speed under the basic settings tab.
After you have saved all four images
Open them all up and copy into one file one by one till you have four layers.
Create a new file:
Width 433 Height 378
After you add all four layers
Click on save for the web use the below settings:
