To add a shoutbox go to the home.html and add your code.
 

To remove the site image go to the home.html and remove these lines:

</tr></table>
To replace the logo and site image overwrite them in the images folder.

Files names are on the images themselves.

Overwriting is the fastest and easy way to change, if you change the file name you’ll need to change all the pages containing the headerlogo.gif.
